Fast Facts on Apples

There are hundreds of varieties of apples, although they are not easily acquired in the traditional store setting. The come in all sorts of colors, shapes and sizes all with different tastes. Not one apple is ever the same just like us. It has so many benefits that there are too many to mention all and all the more reason to add to your diet today. If I can't list all the benefits on this little blog then how can you afford not to have one today. 

It has been said that eating an apple helps keep teeth white from the grit of eating one and from the production of saliva. Wow while apples can’t replace your toothbrush it can help keep your pearls white.

Apples have been said to kill all kinds of cancers and helps fight the effects of aging.  Now if this is  true then why haven’t we taken head to an apple a day keeps the doctor away?
 
What else do apples do? Let us see:

1.     Helps reduce cholesterol by adding fiber to your intestines.
2.     It helps have a healthier heart as a direct result of reducing cholesterol rich plaque in your arteries.
3.     It can amazingly stop both diarrhea & constipation.
4.     It can control your weight.

 You can juice just apples or you can add all sorts of vegetables to get more bang for your buck! This morning I juiced all organic fuji apples, lemons, fresh ginger root, celery and spinach. It was great tasting and I have been buzzing with energy all morning as usual.
