Gary Null gives us the low down on anti-aging...

Of course genetics and environment play a part in our aging however you can contribute greatly to your youth by choosing the right foods to put in your body.  Limit cooked foods which dehydrate you and your organs by replacing it with whole organic fruits and vegetables.  You ever wonder how your body processes a raisin or any other dried fruit for that matter? Well I will tell you...it takes water from other parts of your body and puts it into the raisin essentially turning it back into a grape:) Wouldn't you rather your body keep its hydration and stay immune to the environment?  Considering that a fruit such as a watermelon is 96% or more water isn't it a better choice than a dried out grape?
